Our Villa Bungalow is available for weekly or monthly guests. It is our private home away from home located on a quiet gated property. We discourage loud partiers and rent to single guests or couples (one or two persons). No exceptions.
All bookings are taken on a first come first serve basis. 50% deposit due at time of booking. Full payment required 30 days prior to arrival.
Last minute bookings require full payment prior to arrival.
Payment can be made by direct deposit to our Australia or U.S.A. account.
Otherwise all payment by credit card (3.5% fee) using PAY PAL.
